User Agreement

Dear Users, welcome to use the services provided by Beijing Chuangying Optoelectronic Medical Technology Co., Ltd. Please carefully read the following Service Agreement before using our services. Your use of this Application constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement, which shall be legally binding. Please pay special attention to the clauses that exempt or limit the liabilities of Beijing Chuangying Optoelectronic Medical Technology Co., Ltd. 1. Acceptance of Terms of Service

By accessing or using this Application, you acknowledge and agree to accept all terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement.

2. Amendment of Terms of Service

Beijing Chuangying Optoelectronic Medical Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service when necessary. Any revision will be announced on key pages of the Application. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may terminate your use of the information services provided by this Application. Your continued use of the services after the revision shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify or suspend services at any time without prior notice to users. We shall not be liable to any user or third party for such modification or suspension of services.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Account, Password and Security

Upon successful registration, you will become an authorized user of Beijing Chuangying Optoelectronic Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and obtain a dedicated account and password. This account and password are applicable to all official web pages, mini-programs, APPs and official WeChat accounts operated by our company.

You shall take reasonable measures to protect the security of your account and password. You shall be fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, and shall bear all losses and damages arising therefrom. Beijing Chuangying Optoelectronic Medical Technology Co., Ltd. shall not assume any relevant liabilities.

You shall promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other security risks. Please log out of your account after each use; otherwise, you may not be covered by our security protection services. We reserve the right to close and clear long-term inactive user accounts.

3.2 Prohibited Behaviors During Account Registration

Users are prohibited from the following registration behaviors:

(1) Register accounts using the real names, courtesy names, stage names or pen names of state leaders or other public figures;

(2) Impersonate any individual or institution, or use false names that may mislead others into associating you with any individual or institution;

(3) Register account names that are similar or identical to other users’ names;

(4) Register uncivilized, unhealthy names or names containing discriminatory, insulting or obscene words;

(5) Register ambiguous names that are likely to cause misunderstanding among others.

3.3 Prohibited Published Content

Users shall not publish or upload any illegal information or pictures on this Application, including but not limited to the following contents:

(1) Contents opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Contents endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;

(3) Contents harming national honor and interests;

(4) Contents inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic solidarity;

(5) Contents violating national religious policies, advocating cults or feudal superstition;

(6) Contents spreading rumors, disturbing public order and undermining social stability;

(7) Contents involving obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or abetting crimes;

(8) Contents insulting or defaming others and infringing upon others’ legitimate rights and interests;

(9) Other contents prohibited by applicable laws and administrative regulations;

(10) Harassing, slandering, threatening or impersonating other users of the platform;

(11) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, parades, demonstrations or gatherings that disturb social order;

(12) Publishing any files or information that may infringe upon the rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to virus codes, hacker programs and cracked software registration information;

(13) Uploading others’ copyrighted works, including downloaded, screenshot or collected works from the Internet;

(14) Uploading online pictures such as advertisements, banners and logos.

4. Uploaded and Published Content

User Content refers to all videos, texts, pictures, audios and other forms of content uploaded or published by users on the platform of Beijing Chuangying Optoelectronic Medical Technology Co., Ltd.

Unless otherwise notified by relevant parties, our company shall regard users as the legitimate copyright owners of all content they upload or publish on this Application. Users shall be solely responsible for all content they publish, and shall bear all legal liabilities and joint liabilities for all disputes arising from the published content. Beijing Chuangying Optoelectronic Medical Technology Co., Ltd. shall not assume any legal liability or joint liability therefor.

We do not warrant the legality, legitimacy, accuracy, completeness or quality of any content transmitted via this Application. During use, users may encounter unpleasant, inappropriate or offensive content. Under no circumstances shall our company be liable for any errors, omissions in the content or any resulting losses or damages.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or delete any content published on this platform at our discretion.

If any individual or organization believes that any content on our platform infringes its legitimate rights and interests, please provide valid legal certification materials and contact us in a timely manner, so that we can conduct prompt handling.
